Jo Cobbett's weekly sunday class in Los Angeles attracts 150 people every week. This is a unique opportunity to journey to your depths through movement, healing what beckons and opening new doorways, connecting to yourself and others. The workshop uses Gabrielle Roth's five rhythms as an inspiration. Perhaps you love to dance, and dance whenever you can, wherever you can.
