Classes are an opportunity to drop into a deep authentic place within you through the avenue of Dance and movement. Classes offer a nurturing, sacred space to connect back with yourself, your passion, your aliveness and your power in an enlivend, fun, non-judgemental dance space.
No previous dance experience necessary, just a willingness to SURRENDER to the greater dance, and the flow of life within you.

Dear Dancing Friends,

30th September will be the conclusion of this year's
Sacred-Ecstatic-Dance Thursday Night series.

Thank you to all of you who danced with me through the year on thursday nights
helping to create a very magical and soulful class.

I will be starting up regular classes again early next year,
I will keep you posted as to day/time/venue....
