I am delighted to invite you to join me on an 8 week ecstatic dance journey through the chakras.
Date: Each Thursday, starting 16th June 2005 for 8 weeks
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Where: St Columba's hall, 24 Glenhuntly Rd, Elwood.
There is no fee for the classes, as it is a practicum as part of my training to become a Kundalini dance facilitator. So there are some agreements which I will send to you if you are interested in coming along. I am limiting the numbers, so let me know soon if you are keen!
Kundalini dance is a deep transformational ecstatic process. It incorporates pranic breathing, self-energy healing, free ecstaitc dance, sound expression and emotional release. It brings you back to a space of love and ecstatic oneness, and by releasing stagnant energy in the chakras and being in the love vibe you will feel rejuvenated and full of life!
