The Vestry Creative Writing Workshop

Hi Wordsmiths,
This Wednesday 3rd August we are having our first excursion.
We will meet at Bar Open on Brunswick Street at 8.30pm for a night of poetry and performance.
There is an open mike section, so if you feel like sharing your poetry, bring in a piece or two.
I think the time limit is 3 minutes per poet.
Anyone interested in food, I will probably head down to Veggie Bar for some dinner beforehand.
So if you want to meet there, we can have a pow-wow before heading across the road.
I'll be at the Veggie Bar at about 7.00pm. Let me know if you're going to join me.

Time: 7pm - 8.30pm
Cost: $10 full / $7 conc.
Create new works (example) or bring in old pieces to workshop.
We'll be covering poetry, scriptwriting and non-fiction writing.
An open mind, an adventurous spirit and good humour are required.
