Subject : Core Network System Model
Sent : 23 February 2005
Hi Anton of http://echo1.com.au
Thank you for the conversation the other day.
The Aim: Build a Core Network System Model for Small Business.
POS + Customer Loyalty + Live Display + Net + Web CMS + Online Market
Initially cobble together existing solutions for a core system package.
Provide a central sale, management and finance solution for the package.
POS tracks sales, loyalty, staff, stock and accounts with suppliers.
Loyalty rewards the prepaid, bulk and milestone postpaid purchasing.
Live Display + Net + Web CMS
In store LCD screen facing retail customer advertises loyalty offers.
Loyalty offers are advertised on the Web CMS with a login for users.
Facilitate business to business networks within growing online Market.
Facilitate the business services and products required for the Market.
Facilitate business solutions with a Small Business Creative Commons.
Facilitate the core network system as a business service in the Market.
Ewock CMS web sites may provide a ready population for an Online Market.
Loyalty associations connect the suppliers and retailers and customers.
Reputation syndication is a multilevel market within the rewards system.
User login profiles provide loyalty association history and opportunity.
A brief update of what I'm doing.

Subject : summary of our budding proposal so far
Sent : Friday, 4 March 2005 8:19 AM
Hi Anton and Daniel
I would like to make a summary of our budding proposal so far.
Please update me on your interest and ideas towards all this.
Provide small business with a integrated core system package.
To enable small business to focus on their own products and services.
Solving capital and technical barriers with a long term - monthly service fee.
We need to establish an agreement to satisfy short and long term goals.
We need to establish a business entity to own and fulfil these contracts.
Step 1.
Initially bringing together current solutions as a full service package.
* POS - hardware, software, network
* Loyalty Program - brand, incentives, reports
* Web Interface - in store, locally, online, remote login
Step 2.
Develop a road map for quality standards, flexible modular solutions.
Online module management and integrative outsourced services:
Stock - control and purchasing
Staff log - contact management
Accounts - compliance book keeping
Security log - Remote and archived
Offline media - for further marketing
Online business - incl. b2b networking
Loyalty e-Market - crossover syndication
Interesting Resources for integration:
One stop Monthly fee - ASP Solutions

Melbourne - POS solutions:

Sydney - POS with loyalty solution

hi Anton and Daniel
I'm glad you are both interested at this early stage.
I believe you both have the ability to go forward yourselves.
Hardware, networks, POS, and Web interface are ready to go.
To connect these together would be a big advantage to both.
As would a business service with setup, maintenance and support.
I would like to point out a very serious difficulty in my proposal.
It is not a small thing for business to trust third parties with their income.
Besides an assumption many small cash business hide their cash takings!
Do any wish to wave a big magic wand to make big brother go away?
I think offering a provable loyalty card program is a very serious challenge.
But it is the loyalty marketing program that will really turn this project on.
A service that manages loyalty programs really needs to be proven itself.
My intention is to bring in a serious partner for the loyalty / marketing.
I am a doer but don't see myself having expertise any any particular area.
I intend meeting with Ashley Saltzman from MYOB/solution 6 to help us.
MYOB POS : http://myob.com.au/about_myob/news/2005/feb/16.shtml
I have the greatest respect in both of you, your skills and work ethics.
I believe in goodwill, good communication and really solid understandings.
Please help to make this project successful for everyone who participates.
Best wishes and looking forward to our continued efforts and networking.

Subject : MYOB sponsorship assistance
Sent : 06 Mar 2005
Hi Greg Smith, MYOB Public relations manager.
I am interested in MYOB sponsorship assistance in small business development.
I am in the early stages of integrating POS + Loyalty Program + Web interface.
I have recently sold my small retail business and am now focusing on this project fulltime.
I have previously developed my own POS + loyalty + Web interface while using MYOB.
My shop http://hubway.com.au provided Internet, Web site and small business assistance.
Having just sold my retail shop, I wish to develop this service for small business in general.
I am developing contacts and resources in the fields of Web, POS and Loyalty management.
While MYOB has a huge share in the book keeping and accounting services industry,
my intention is to make budding complementary services compatible with each other.
My hope is to create a positive and cooperative relationship with the MYOB services.
I look forward to hearing from you.
